STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

COLLEGIATE MILAN

The student accommodation located in via Frigia, is a five storey building where 700 rooms and common areas are allocated across more than 29.300,00 square meter and 106.300,00 meter cubic. The scheme is made of two buildings ,connected by a bridge, which sits on the edges of the plot creating an internal curtyard where common areas at the ground floor and the basement are linked to. Nasini Architects and Studio Paci were the consultants responsable to deal with the site construction and the City Council. My job was to coordinate architects and engineers according the company’s standards and to deal with the FF&E project.

DYNAMO SCRIPTS

ASSIGNING KEY DATA TO BIM ELEMENTS

Creating bespoke Dynamo scripts was essential to assign large amount of key values to the Revit elements and to surpervise the job made by consultants. Let’s make some example: - Assigning key feature to the doors as sound resistance, finish, acces control, etc. - Clash detections between the architectural, structural and MEP project; - Exporting schedules; - Assigning wall, ceiling and floor finishes according the room type; - Renumbering 700 room according to its floor and location.
