Drugs, narcotics, and dangerous substances are known to induce addiction in users. Overcoming drug addiction becomes increasingly challenging when users consume these harmful substances in high doses and on a daily basis. Initially, many addicts may start casually, but the calming and hallucinogenic effects make it difficult to quit.

Once dependence sets in, the dosage tends to escalate, leading to severe consequences not only in social life but also jeopardizing one's health, potentially resulting in death.

The physical signs of drug users can be recognized by indicators such as diminished consciousness, difficulty breathing, physical and psychological disturbances, and seizures due to overdose. The faster assistance is provided, the easier it is to treat the addiction.

Bullying is any form of intentional oppression or violence carried out by an individual or a stronger group with the aim of hurting others, persistently. The term "bullying" originates from English, while in Indonesian, it is referred to as penindasan or risak. Bullying cases frequently occur in Indonesia, such as incidents in schools.

Bullying behavior contradicts the 1945 Constitution Article 28B paragraph 2, stating, "Every child has the right to survival, growth, and development, as well as the right to protection from violence and discrimination."

Bullying incidents often occur in schools, homes, workplaces, communities, and even in the virtual world. Bullying activities do not discriminate based on age or gender. Perpetrators target individuals ranging from shy and quiet to those with special qualities, beauty, or shortcomings, subjecting them to ridicule.
