SILVERSEA WIN A CRUISE
PRIZE DRAW RULES
These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Silversea Win a Cruise prize draw promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Royal Caribbean Group Privacy Notice at https://www.silversea.com/privacy-policy. Please also see the limitations of liability in Rule 11.
1. Promoter: Silversea Cruises (UK) Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registered company number 03290556 and registered office address at First Floor 7 The Heights, North Wing, Brooklands, Weybridge, England, KT13 0XW (“Promoter”).
2. Entry period: The Promotion opens for entry at 12:00 am (UK time) on 21 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm (UK time) on 15 December 2025 (“Entry Period”).
3. Eligibility: To participate in the Promotion, entrants must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry and a legal resident of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. No purchase is necessary, and the prize draw is free to enter. A limit of one (1) entry per person applies to the Promotion. Promoter reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Promoter reasonably considers necessary.
Not eligible: Even if they meet the above criteria, the following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion: (i) any employee or other individual engaged by Promoter or any of its associated companies; (ii) members of the immediate family and/or household (whether related or not) of any of those individuals; and (iii) anyone else professionally involved or associated with the operation, promotion or administration of the Promotion.
4. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must visit https://cvrt.online/silverseauk/form and complete the entry form in accordance with the on-screen instructions during the Entry Period, providing their full name and email address and indicating agreement to these Rules. Promoter accepts no responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Prizes: The prize is one (1) cruise for the winner and one (1) guest, based on a double occupancy Veranda suite stateroom and including the standard meal and beverage package, entertainment and all taxes, fees and gratuities (“Prize”). The winner may choose from one of the following cruise options:
a. Option 1 - Silver Ray 11-night, departing 08 May 2026
b. Option 2 - Silver Ray 10-night, departing 08 November 2026
c. Option 3 - Silver Shadow 12-night, departing 20 April 2026; or
d. Option 4 - Silver Shadow 12-night, departing 25 July 2026
6. Prize conditions: The following conditions apply to the Prize:
a. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Promoter considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Promoter’s control, the Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
b. The Prize is subject to the winner confirming their cruise choice by no later than 26 February 2026.
c. The Prize excludes all costs and expenses incurred by the winner and guest that are not expressly set out in Rule 5, including without limitation: (i) airfare, transfers and other transportation to and from the port of departure / arrival of the cruise ship; (ii) travel and medical insurance and any other required travel documents; and (iii) any discretionary spending.
d. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the winner and guest are able to attend the selected cruise at the appointed time on the relevant date. No alternative times and dates are available. The winner and guest are solely responsible for making all travel and other arrangements necessary to attend the selected cruise, including obtaining all required travel documents (i.e. valid passport, visa, etc.), paying any related fees or expenses, and providing all necessary identification documents where required, including to the Promoter’s staff at cruise check-in. Failure to provide such documents may result in trip cancellation at airport or cruise check-in
e. The winner and guest must comply fully with all applicable laws and with the terms and conditions (including health and safety requirements) applicable to the Prize, including any requirements set by the Promoter at the time of Prize redemption Promoter will have no liability to the winner or guest if the winner or guest is unable to receive the full benefit of the Prize or are denied entry to, or are asked to leave, any relevant venue as a result of a failure to abide by such terms, any applicable law or as a result of inappropriate behaviour.
7. Winner selection: All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or around 16 January 2026 Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters related to the Prize, and no correspondence shall be entered into
8. Winner notification: Following the drawing, the winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry. Promoter will attempt to contact the winner up to two (2) times, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their email account, including any junk mail folders, for receipt of the notification.
9. Claiming the Prize: The winner must accept the Prize by confirming their eligibility and acceptance within thirty (30) working days of the date of the initial winner’s notification. The Prize is time-sensitive and therefore failure to accept the Prize by the deadline may result in the Prize being forfeited and the selection of an alternative winner. Alternative winners will be selected and notified as set out above and must claim the Prize within thirty (30) working days.
10. Liability: Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Promoter will not be liable for: (i) any loss, liability or damage caused by someone other than Promoter or someone acting under Promoter’s direct instructions and in accordance with Promoter’s instructions; (ii) any loss, liability or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Promoter’s reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; (iv) any unavailability of Promoter’s website or application, or other technical failures of any kind; or (v) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Prize

11. Entry errors: If, for any reason, an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is an additional entry into the Prize, if possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If, for production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons, more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Rules become available and/or are claimed, Promoter reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing from all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
12. Cancellation and variation: Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules without notice if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Promoter’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to a winner drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
13. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Promoter regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules or the spirit of the Promotion.
14. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws Promoter reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this rule including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity and to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Disclosure of winner’s details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Promoter using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority, such as the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland) if required to do so. This may happen where Promoter is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the prizes advertised. To request disclosure of winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request to Marketinguk@Silversea.com by 28 February 2026. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been awarded
16. Accessing these Rules: Any website on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from Great Britain or the Republic of Ireland and where permitted by law. Promoter makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
17. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
18. Disputes: Subject to Rule 19, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Rules, Promoter’s decisions are final. If there is a dispute between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
19. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may also bring proceedings in their respective home courts.
20. Personal data: Personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.silversea.com/privacy-policy Please note that we may also make disclosures of certain personal data as described in Rule 15
