1. Strategize with your Area Sales Director to identify ideal group dates and explore available offers

2. Choose your voyage and request to open a group agreement through your Area Sales Director.

3. Receive written confirmation with your detailed group agreement delivered directly to your inbox.

4. Collaborate with a Group Specialist during your welcome call as Group Services reviews your needs and answer any questions.

5. Start selling your group in partnership with your Area Sales Director, leveraging a full suite of trade tools designed to boost your sales.

6. Organize onboard events by submitting any special reception or dining requests to Group Services.

7. Let the journey begin. Your group embarks on an unforgettable Silversea voyage — and you receive your commission.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

• Create a marketing plan to promote your group. Consider print advertising (newspaper & magazines), TV & radio, social media, eNewsletters, database engagement, landing page on your website, and targeting special interest clubs.

• Host a client event to promote the voyage.

• Design exclusive marketing collateral such as flyers and event invites using our Marketing Central platform.

• Set up groups well in advance, especially around program releases. Be the first to market.

• Make sure your staff are trained on the group and the destination. Silversea Academy offers destination training modules.

• Use the Tour Conductor benefit to personally escort your group, add value or boost your margin.
