Recommendations from friends are an essential selling tool and our Sail With Us referral program extends a $500 USD, $600 CAD, $650 AUD, €400 or £350 savings per suite referred to both your Venetian Society repeat guests and any new-to-Silversea friend who makes a booking upon their suggestion. What’s more, now your clients can invite up to 10 new-to-Silversea guests in a calendar year and they will enjoy savings per suite referred – up to $2,000 USD, $2,400 CAD, $2,600 AUD, €1,600 or £1,400 of which can be applied per booking. HOW TO HELP YOUR VENETIAN SOCIETY CLIENT MAKE A REFERRAL
1. The Venetian Society member shares their name and Venetian Society number with the new to Silversea friend they wish to refer within 21 days of booking creation with a deposit. The friend provides this information at the time of booking, and we will process the referral. The Venetian Society member can see and redeem their referral savings discount on My.Silversea.com or by calling Silversea or their travel advisor. OR
2. Your client submits a referral on My.Silversea.com
• Once their friend books their voyage and shares their booking information (booking ID, email and name as it appears on the booking), your client has 21 days from when the booking was made to fill out the referral form on My.Silversea.com.
• Filling out the form is easy — if your client does not wish to fill out the form on their own, you can contact Silversea Trade Support for assistance on their behalf.
When the referral is officially made your client will receive a confirmation email and can see their savings automatically reflected in their account on the referral section of My.Silversea.com. Your client can log in at any time, within 12 months, to select the booking where they would like to apply their savings.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• 10 referral savings in a calendar year
• Venetian Society members can only apply their savings to new bookings
• Travel Advisors are not eligible to participate in this program even if they are Venetian Society members
• If your client refers a friend for a World Cruise, each will receive a referral savings of $1,500 USD, $1,800 CAD, $2,000 AUD, €1,200, or £1,100 per suite
• If your client refers a friend for a Grand Voyage, they will each receive a referral savings of $1,000 USD, $1,200 CAD, $1,300 AUD, €800, or £750 per suite
• To qualify for the referral savings, your client must fill out the referral form within 21 days of the date the newto-Silversea booking was created with a paid deposit. Savings can’t be applied after booking is paid in full.
