To take advantage of the 5% Onboard Savings, your clients simply visit with the Future Cruise Manager (a well-travelled Silversea expert on board each of our ships) to explore options and select their future Silversea voyage. An open booking will then be held under deposit for them, and you get credited for it.
Q: How do I benefit from having my clients book on board?
A: You receive the same commission as if you had made the booking yourself. Plus, your clients enjoy exclusive 5% Onboard Savings.
Q: Can the 5% Onboard Savings be combined with other promotions?
A: Yes. The exclusive Onboard Savings may be combined with all active promotions.
Q: If my clients wish to book a Port-to-Port All-Inclusive voyage, will it be eligible for the Onboard Savings?
A: Yes. Onboard Savings are applicable with Door-to-Door All-Inclusive, Port-to-Port All-Inclusive, and the Essential fare.
Q: Can the 5% Onboard Savings be applied to all suite categories on all Silversea ships?
A: Yes.
Q: If my clients wish to book a Grand Voyage or World Cruise, would it be eligible for the Onboard Savings?
A: Yes. The Onboard Savings may be applied to all voyages, including Grand Voyages and World Cruises.
Q: I normally arrange flights, hotels, and transfers for my clients. Will I still be able to organise pre- and post-cruise travel for them?
A: Yes. You will continue to manage the booking, make any necessary travel arrangements, and maintain your relationship with your clients.
Q. What if my clients book on board and later decide to switch to a different voyage? Will they keep the 5% savings?
A. Yes. If they have a Door-to-Door booking that is still outside the cancellation penalty period when they decide to change it, your clients will keep the savings.
Q: If I have already booked my clients on a future Silversea voyage, can they still get the exclusive 5% Onboard Savings on that booking?
A: Unfortunately, no. Onboard Savings are applicable only to new bookings created on board.
Q: If I were to cancel the future voyage I have already booked for my clients, could they rebook that future voyage on board and receive the 5% Onboard Savings?
A: Unfortunately, no. A voyage that has been cancelled and rebooked is not eligible for Onboard Savings.
