Introducing this rare and precious honey which is brought directly to you from New Zealand where the native Manuka plant thrives. The hives are looked after by experienced and passionate beekeepers in remote and often inaccessible parts of the stunning Hawke’s Bay region of this beautiful country.
The major antibacterial component of Manuka Honey is Methylglyoxal which is measured in mg/kg and shown on the label. We offer three grades: MGO 83+, MGO 263+ and MGO 500+. Scientists have long believed that the higher the MGO number, the higher the antimicrobial activity.
It is a privilege to sell genuine artisan Manuka Honey of this quality in the UK. Manuka is known by the Maori as ‘the healing honey’, we call it liquid gold.

Every batch of our genuine Manuka Honey is rigorously lab tested, certified and packed in New Zealand so you can be assured of its authenticity and quality. It is then shipped by sea to the UK. Our pots are 100% polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and are fully recyclable.

Our Manuka Honey is delicious straight from the spoon, on toast, with fruit, muesli and yoghurt for breakfast or as an ingredient in smoothies, salad dressings or energy balls. A couple of teaspoons of Manuka Honey in a cup of warm water is the best thing for a sore throat or tickly cough. It tastes even better with some fresh lemon and organic ginger. (Pouring boiling water over Manuka Honey reduces its benefits so only add the honey once the water has cooled a little.)
