Elliptically facing each other with indifferent height, Almas Tower is standing high at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai in UAE. It is the centre of attention in that particular area. The construction of Almas Tower which has started from 2005 has been the part of Jumeirah Lakes Towers Free Zone scheme. The construction has completed in 2008. In the same year it was declared as tallest skyscraper of 2008. Later, in 2010 the top position has passed to Burj Khalifa. The architectural design and structural engineering has done Atkins Middle East. The construction charge was given to Taisei Corporation of Japan in collaboration with Arabian Construction Co. (ACC). Almas Tower is also known as Diamond Tower because region’s largest diamond provider Dubai Diamond Exchange has its hub here. In 2009 Almas Tower has ranked 8 th by Emporis Skyscraper Awards.

Almas Tower is 68 storey, 360 m tall commercial skyscraper situated in an artificial Island of Jumeirah Lake Towers. Almas is made as two towers with different heights composed in one tower. The lower tower is facing north while upper tower is facing south. The lower tower embodies semi-transparent texture which allows the temperature to stay cool, same is the case with upper tower which consist of properly furnished skin to protect from heat. Main material in the construction was concreteplank. The tower is stand up to two-storey steel podium cut in the shape of shape of diamond.
