The Signature Process

1. Select your site

Following the selection of your site and the initial consultation with your New Home Consultant, you can secure your land by signing a Sale and Purchase Agreement and pay your deposit.

2. Design your home

Continue the design process with your New Home Consultant. Work with your consultant to delve into the expectations for your new home, browse our plan library and/or expand on design concepts through the architectural design service. Create an extensive list of the wants and needs for your project within your desired budget. This process can take place over numerous consultations until you reach your desired concept.

3. Unconditional Build Agreement

We will produce full concept sketches along with firm and final pricing for your review, ensuring it is reflective of your original investment level. The final pricing is supported with our ’Fixed Price Guarantee’. This provides surety of cost and peace of mind.

4. Working Drawings and Council submissions

We will produce technical working drawings for your new home, submit these to Council and await issuance of consents.

5. Construction begins

Once you have settled on the land and Building Consent is issued, your dedicated Project Manager will guide you through the construction of your home. They will keep you updated weekly throughout the build and meet you on site regularly to take you through your new home as it takes shape.

6. Practical completion and handover

When we finish building your home, Council will sign off on the construction and you can move into your new home. A Code Compliance Certificate is applied for and issued by the Auckland Council. We are sure you will enjoy your home for years to come. In fact, we guarantee it!
