The Berry’s wanted to build their forever home, one that they could enjoy for many years to come. The couple had a vision of creating a ‘Scandinavian beach home’ to perfectly complement their idyllic beach location.
The Scandi-inspired exterior was achieved using mix material cladding, combining crisp white cladding with striking blonde wood accents.
The Scandi colour palette is continued through the interior, through the use of crisp white accents, light-toned features and blonde wood flooring. The crisp white accents add a clean, modern feel to the home while the light wood features add a sense of warmth creating a peaceful, relaxing space.
The home’s design celebrates integrated outdoor living through large, expansive sliding doors. The ground floor seamlessly connects to the multiple outdoor living spaces, where the vibrant pool is visible at every turn, helping to achieve a tranquil feel throughout the home. Structural steel framing, and glass balustrading around the pool helped achieve a fully integrated indoor-outdoor flow where spaces seem like they have no endpoint.
The statement blue front door adds a striking pop of colour completing the look of this coastal home.
