A home that welcomes you in
Step inside and make yourself at home. Over the following pages, we’ll take you through all the finer details that make this home feel the way it does - and show you exactly how to “shop the look” for your own place.
This showhome is our Kakano plan, and it’s all about effortless living. Every space has been designed to feel easy, comfortable and unhurried - the kind of home where mornings flow naturally, where there’s room to gather and room to breathe.
From the materials underfoot to the finishes that catch the light, every choice was made with intention. Some details you’ll
notice straight away. Others reveal themselves the longer you linger. Together, they create a home that feels considered without ever feeling complicated.
So take your time, open a few doors, and imagine yourself living here. And when something catches your eye, you’ll find everything you need to recreate it in the pages ahead.
The home’s colour palette and specifications were carefully curated in collaboration with our interior design partner, Yellowfox. This showhome was then furnished and styled in-house by the Signature Homes Botany & Manukau team, showcasing the personalised styling service we can also provide to help clients bring their vision to life.
Twin gables echo the surrounding rural forms, while San Selmo Verona brick from Brickworks grounds the home with a sense of permanence.
Vertical shiplap timber by JSC softens the structure, creating a balanced contrast of texture and tone.

You’re welcomed into the home through a calm, considered entry that sets the tone for the home before opening into the heart of the space. From here, you’re drawn into the light-filled kitchen, where soaring ceilings and full-height glazing create a strong sense of openness.
Designed for everyday living and entertaining, the kitchen sits at the centre of the home, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living areas to create a warm, inviting space.
