Work With Our Design Team Early on in your project, you will be introduced to your Signature Homes Designer. Our Designer will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life visually through the creation of plan “concepts�, which will give you an accurate idea what your new home will look like, before you sign a contract with us. Our team will also provide you with practical advice on costs to ensure that your new home does not exceed your budget. In addition to this, we have Interior Designers and Colour Consultants on hand to provide assistance where required.

Design & Build with Signature Homes

A ‘Design & Build’ home is a home that is designed and priced from scratch, and then built - although an existing design can also be used as a starting point.

The Design & Build approach is ideally suited to one of, or a combination of, the following situations: » You have a clear idea of what you want, and a pre-designed plan won’t necessarily achieve the desired outcome. » Your site is steep, has an irregular shape or is difficult to access. » You desire a more ‘architectural’ or unique plan and look.

The purpose of this brochure is to demonstrate Signature Homes’ expertise in ‘Design & Build’, and to showcase some of the looks that can be achieved.
