Introduction Designed to celebrate simple and relaxed living through unassuming spaces and open plan living areas, the eight homes of the Signature Aspiring Collection have been created to reflect modern Kiwi living. Largely undefined living areas that merge kitchen, dining and lounge allow occupants to use the space as it suits them. Seamless openings onto expansive outdoor areas relax the threshold between indoor and outdoor spaces, extending the living spaces and providing endless entertaining opportunities.

Designed by De La Mere Architects, in collaboration with Signature Homes, these homes are uncomplicated in form and feature an elegant palette of textures that are both modern and rustic. Each concept is individual and unique from the last. This is underpinned by a singular strong architectural theme of simple living spaces, stripped back to their essential elements to create fluid and adaptable living areas that are a pleasure to spend time in. Whether it’s for beach, country or city living, there is a layout and style to suit all situations. The homes are designed to be exciting, sometimes a little funky, yet with an understated style tying them back into the New Zealand architectural landscape.
