Valley Outdoor Movie and Fannie’s Ice Pops! – The Goonies

Spread out a blanket or lounge in your lawn chair and enjoy the classic movie, The Goonies, as it’s projected onto the wall of the Club. A summer night wouldn’t be complete without a cold popsicle, so come and support member, Mandolyn Hume’s company Fannie’s Ice Pops, and tantalize your taste buds with these fresh frozen treats.

Free Rowing Lessons

Interested in learning to use the rowing machines more effectively? Looking for a new workout to do on them? Then we’ve got something for you!

A combination of cardio conditioning along with strength training makes the rowing machine one of the most effective tools in the gym. As a former collegiate rower, Tori Olney can provide one on one instruction, form correction, and a suggested 30 minute workout to those interested in learning about the rowing machine. Sign up for a free lesson today to learn how to use the machine to add intensity to your daily routine!

Party Trolley Pub Crawl

Hop on board the 16 passenger pedal-powered party bike as we cruise through Downtown at a relaxing and fun pace. We will stop at 3 different bars along the way where you will be able to grab an à la carte drink. Meet new friends, get some exercise in, and pedal your way through Downtown Spokane. We will meet at the Club and take the shuttle to the starting point. Reservations requested, call Jessica Gudgel-Whitney at 459-4239.

Scenic Rafting on the Spokane River

Take a scenic rafting trip through the Bowl and Pitcher at Riverside State Park! Pangaea brings your summer to life with guides that would make a mud puddle fun, state of the art rafts that are stable, and squirt guns on every boat.

This trip is the perfect family-friendly event (ages 4 and up), with an estimated duration time of 3 hours. Meet at the Club and ride the shuttle to and from the launch/departure locations. Reservations required, call 459-4239 or reserve online at Spokaneclub.org.
