New Sigma Alpha Mu Foundation Director

At its July 2025 Annual Meeting, the Sigma Alpha Mu Foundation elected David Sergi (Gamma Kappa/Texas A&M, ’82) to its board of directors for a three-year term. David is a lawyer in San Marcos, Texas, where his practice combines his courtroom expertise in the areas of commercial and criminal litigation along with his passion for family law. Fra Sergi was a founding member of Gamma Kappa/ Texas A&M and is a long-time ΣAM volunteer; his lengthy fraternity résumé includes service as Supreme Prior (2015–2018). David is the father of Anne; his son Matthew is also a member of ΣAM.

Thank you to Brad Unger, Sigma Kappa/Lehigh ’94, who completed his service as a Sigma Alpha Mu Foundation Director at the July Annual Meeting. Brad served two terms on the board and led the Foundation’s 2030 Vision planning process. “Brad’s leadership and thoughtful planning was an essential part of the Foundation’s efforts to expand support for Sigma Alpha Mu members, chapters, and programs,” shared Bob Weiss, Foundation President
