This document outlines how to prepare for the visit from your Chapter Services Consultant.

INDIVIDUAL OFFICER MEETINGS

The Chapter Services Consultant will meet with the following and their respective Secondary Officers.

Secondary Officers: Eminent Warden, Eminent Recorder, Scholarship Chairman • Membership health • Accountability, behavioral, and administrative • General administration (reports, minutes, task completions, etc.)

EMINENT TREASURER RECEIVABLES

• Chapter budgeting • Dues collection and bill pay • IRS compliance • Chapter roster verification • Financial accountability 45 min
