TOWS

Once the SWOT analyses was completed, a TOWS confrontation matrix (Appendix 1) was created to rank the feasibility and finally the TOWS-matrix was made. Multiple scenarios are concluded within this matrix that illustrates the various possible strategies.

Within this TOWS-matrix it was determined which strategies should work best for Ted Baker. This matrix served as a step in the process of selecting one scenario and creating a quadrant based on that scenario.
