PLAINTIFF’S ORIGINAL COMPLAINT Plaintiff Ronnie Robbins (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, files this Original Complaint against Defendant XTO Energy, Inc. (a/k/a ExxonMobil), and in support states the following: I. 1.

SUMMARY

Plaintiff, and other Lease Operators like him, was required to work in excess of

12 hours a day, 7 days a week, for consecutive weeks at a time in Defendant’s oilfields throughout the nation. Plaintiff and other Lease Operators, however, did not receive proper overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a single workweek. Instead of paying overtime or paying proper regard to hours worked, Defendant paid Plaintiff and his fellow Lease Operators primarily on a salary basis. This collective action seeks to recover the unpaid overtime wages and liquidated damages owed to these Lease Operators.
