On February 12, 2021, the Siegel Law Group filed an unpaid overtime lawsuit against Mental Health Resources, Inc. (“MHR”). The lawsuit alleges that the company violated the overtime rights of its employees responsible for case management services (“Care Coordination Employees”). The lawsuit alleges the company violated federal and New Mexico overtime laws by misclassifying Care Coordination Employees as exempt, paying them a salary, and failing to pay overtime for all overtime hours.
