PROJECT ISRAEL

Grades: 9-10 This high-quality learning experience provides a deep understanding of Israel’s heritage, values, and modern identity, fostering a lifelong bond and sense of pride in Jewish roots and connection to Israel. The program meets monthly, includes dinner, and features a trip to Israel in February 2026.

PROJECT UNDERSTANDING

Grade: 11 Twelve Jewish and Catholic Long Island teenagers come together in this life-changing program to learn more about their neighbors, their neighbors’ faith, and their own faith. Interviews take place in early fall. Gatherings include an opening event, a local Shabbat dinner and service, a Catholic mass and community service event, and an Interfaith Seder. Participants will travel to Israel during February break, February 12-22, 2026.
