Kathy Howard Jacobson is a New York-based photographer. Her work is largely comprised of street photography, photojournalism, portraiture, and most recently, abstracts, or what she refers to as “The beauty in details unseen.”
In her most recent work, Kathy turns inward, exploring deeply personal themes. She captures an intimate vantage point from a French country bedroom, transforms distorted reflections into seascape watercolors, and finds beauty and abstraction in unremarkable, everyday environments.

Through calming breathwork, nourishing movement, and deeply grounding guided meditation, find inner peace to soothe your mind, body, and soul. We’ll close with a restorative sound bath, allowing soothing vibrations to wash over you, encouraging quiet healing from within. No experience necessary. Led by Lindsey Steinberg, a trauma-informed yoga educator and mentor devoted to creating compassionate spaces resulting in transformation and self-discovery.

Learn what lymphedema is, why it develops, and how to recognize early signs and symptoms. Discover practical strategies to reduce risk, including skin care, infection prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
This virtual session, led by Amanda Grilli, Oncology Physical Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, will also cover Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)—the gold standard treatment combining drainage, compression, exercise, and skin care.
