SUMMARY
I am passionate about architecture and urban studies, and I recognize the power of an architect-planner to reshape communities, so I always look for ways to get closer to my goals. Participating in architectural and planning competitions taught me how to collaborate effectively. Throughout my bachelor's and master's degree, I held numerous positions of responsibility that allowed me to plan events and lead teams. PRIME ACADEMIC PROJECTS
l . Housing Project Formulation and Design- Gurgaon (M. Plan Semester 3 Project) : Beginning with a micro market analysis of Gurgaon, the area's housing demand and real estate growth were projected based on which a site was selected. It is then followed by design project formulation, analysis of financial feasibility, and profit and sale aspects of the project. 2 . Housing Options and Strategies for Kottayam (M. Plan Semester 2 Project): Started with a review of Kottayam's current housing situation, several aspects of housing in the study area are analysed and discussed to arrive at a set of goals, which are then translated into multiple layers of options and strategies for the town's housing development . 3 . Outline Development Plan for Sehore (M. Plan Semester 2 Project): The project was initiated with an assessment of Sehore's current situation, followed by the formulation of a vision and concept for the city's outline development plan . 4 . Area Appreciation- Kottayam (M. Plan Semester 1 Project): The study focuses on the key characteristics of the Kottayam Town, from the preliminary observations of the area using satellite imagery to an in-depth analysis of the major determinants of a city via personal interviews, field observations and secondary research .
