NATIONAL BOARDING WEEK News as boarding goes temporarily online We cannot believe it is the last week of term already. Throughout this strange time, with no boarders in the buildings, we have been delighted by the togetherness of the boarding community. Weekly meetings, daily forum activity, and regular emails mean that we have been able to stay strong as a group. The support for each other and the care students and staff have given each other has been wonderful to behold in what is the strangest of circumstances for a boarding community. The Boarding Schools' Association celebrated National Boarding Week last week and it has been an excellent opportunity for us to reflect with the students about life in the boarding houses here and we cannot wait to see our boarders back here in September.
MILKSHAKES IN THE SUNSHINE: We have been raising money for our boarding charity, Barnardo's, by selling milkshakes. Year 10 boarders even managed to taste them this week!
