Welcome brunch and open address

Join us outside the pavilion for refreshments as Rebecca Evans formally opens Celebration Day, and the Community Orchestra perform.

10:30 – 11.30

Netball Showdown [Sports Hall]

Excitement is in the air for the annual netball match. Our teams have had an amazing season, and it will be a close call to decide which team will be victorious in winning the Celebration Day Netball Cup. Please come and support and cheer on both teams from the Sports Hall Balcony.

Conquer the Climbing Wall [Sports Hall]

Climbing is such a fun and rewarding activity for all ages and abilities as well as a great physical workout; experience this by bouldering on our own amazing climbing wall. Qualified instructors will be on hand to show you the basics and offer technical advice.

Spanish Tapas [Food Room, Hill Building]

A fabulous celebration of Spanish food culture. You are invited to experience a variety of sweet and savoury foods that link the Food Technology and Spanish Departments.

Submerse yourself in our beautiful Horticulture

Department, where you can pot your own lavender plug in a compostable pot.

Welcome to Boarding: [Fielding and Penn Boarding House]

Always wondered what boarding at Sibford was like? Come and have a look and enjoy a milkshake prepared by our current boarding community at the same time.

11:00 – 13:00 Sibford stalls on the Lawns

Come and explore the stalls hosted by the Sibford community! Try your hand at croquet, test your knowledge with Dingbats, take a chance on the book blind date, or have a go at the big Sibford Race. Don’t miss “Guess the Teacher” and be sure to stop by the Chill Out & Chat area for a relaxed catch-up.

Cricket Display [Next to the Pavilion]

The Cricket teams have been training hard all year to further develop their skills, technique and performance. Enjoy a picnic whilst watching the players in action on the main square.

12:00 Drama Performance [Outdoor Theatre, Behind Fielding Boarding House]

Join Year 7 as they perform ‘The Girl Who Fell Through The Hole in Her Jumper’ at the site of the future outdoor theatre.

The Design and Technology Department welcome you to experience personalising your own Sibford School keyring using our pyrography pens.

Let your imagination flourish and create a lovely souvenir.

We return for a final opportunity to listen to our talented musicians.

Family Fun Tennis on the Courts

A season of summer sports means tennis for all. Simply pick up a racket and play, challenge someone to a competitive match or brush up on your basic skills with a member of our PE team.

Everyone is welcome on the Astroturf behind the Cricket Pavilion. Rackets and balls will be provided.
