n my 22 years old life , Art accounted for most of my life.I am full of enthusiasm for painting since I was young. Whenever I pick up my paintbrush
to create art freely, I am happy and feel spiritually cured. I am found of painting down what I see and what I feel in daily life then share with others. Hope you can enjoy my works.

“what make you happy”
Life can be so busy that we often forget to enjoy the moments of simple beauty with heartfelt blessings. Moments such as smelling the fragrance of a cup of coffee, lying on a grass field in soul soothing sunshine, cuddling with your cat for a lazy afternoon, or those little wonders that you only want to share with your lover or close friends. “About happiness” is a collection of such moments. It is a collection of different stories presented visually with the strokes of a brush, each image imbued with a whimsical style, and embellished with my own musings as a written commentary. In each work I want to tell my little stories, using a warm grey palette with round and smooth shapes, to convey these plain yet emotionally touching stories. I hope the viewers can rejoice in these moments of simple beauty filled with heartfelt blessings.

would paint on the sketch book when I had inspiration or any idea.The idea of “About Happiness�inspired by the people and things around me. Such as my friends, my family, my pets or couple.I painted what I saw what I felt every day. I enjoyed recording these moment. It was very simple ,but warm and touching. After finishing my sketch, I would casually painted some color and stick them on the wall of the studio.

Finally, I used color pencils and charcoal pencils to draw the fine details.

My little star
The story of My Little Star is about love, friendship, and courage. With this work, I tried to convey affection to connect my readers rather than inspiring them. Being a loner, as we all are on the planet, loneliness could be an enjoyment experience. Sometimes there are people run into your life, into your world unexpectedly. You actually feel this is a sweet experience after all, although they may come and go for different reasons. It may end up a better choice for both sides to let go. What you really should be grateful for is when some of them offer their warm helping hands to save you from feeling helpless and lonely. They bring your courage back with positive energy so you can face the tough world again. The heartfelt story of personification in reality reflects how I learned and grown along my journey of transformation since childhood. I decided to create animal characters and personalities to attract readers from young little ones to adults. The bear in braces and trousers, the fox wearing a sweater, stars with human personalities too, in a setting of forest make the story seem more like a fairy tale. The story explores love from different life experiences including loneliness, affection, courage, empathy, and consideration. The learning experiences that we go through in our daily life whether as a child or an adult. I hope my readers of whatever ages can all find the fiction easy to read and enjoy the story, relating it to their own personal experiences.

Personification of animals is what I usually do to create a character. I think animals, like humans, do have feelings. Drawing what animals are envisioned in my mind is like bringing them to life, with each of them having a distinct personality, just like my own child.

When I’ m about to finish conceiving the plot, I start writing down the script. Then, I make the storyboards. All frames and movements are based on what appears in my mind when I read the script. I barely refer to any real world scenes, so most of the frames come from my own imagination. As to the movement of animals, I consult some real human motions to draw the body movements of my characters in the picture book.

I tried to paint the whole scene when I painting the manuscript. I am used to drawing drafts with pencils. I used color pencils to sketch the bright side and dark side.

I completed the contour drawing with pencils before adding colors.
After coloring, I edited and revised the layout on the computer. Subsequently, I printed out the drawings and made them into a hardback picture book.

My classmate took this picture when I was working in the studio.
To avoid significant color differences during my production, I made a color palette exclusively for the picture book, footnoting the things and animals every color indicates. It is also easier for me to mix the colors and compare them.

conceptionThe painting is a relatively early work. This scene is in my sleep. I dreamed that a man had lost his way in the dark woods. I thought it was a reflection of my mood. I was confused about the future at that time. This dream gave me a deep impression, so I decided to paint my mood and my dreams. I just want to express that if you get lost in your life, you don’ don t have to be afraid. I believe there will always be a light to guide you in the right direction. Anyway, follow your heart, believe and keep on going. 40f

I think that removing the interferences of colors ,black and white images can make the audience pay more attention to the interactions between light and shadows.By using the the composition of the pictures and interactions between subjects to convey stories of images, I can put more emphasis on the facial expressions, eyes, and fine lines of humans. Black and white photos are much more simple and pure for me.

introductionMy college classmates and I designed this wall for a community which a local construction company wished to beautify. M a t e r i a l - Water-soluble cement paint
design conceptionI used the image of the tree to create. There are plenty of falling leaves in the painting, with a view to create a relaxing ambience. People can feel the green when they walk by. I also schemed the colors with a variety of green, among which, I considered light green a very comforting color.

I used myriads of blooming flowers to represent the bliss of singing. There is a man enjoying singing. The staff comes out of his mouth and the songs flying among flowers.
