Mrs. May has been here at Spring Hill for 30 years. She started teaching here at Spring Hill because her children started to go to school here. Mrs. May has 2 children, Japheth May, and Saraii Reed. Mrs. May has been married to Jeff May for 37 years Her favorite thing about Spring Hill is the feeling of family. No matter what goes on, the community is here to lend a helping hand in times of need. A little about Mrs. May enjoys crafting in her spare time and spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoy going fishing and going on adventures with her husband.

Congratulations to Maddie Townsend on getting gold in Say Yes to FCS. She will be advancing to nationals in Seattle this summer.

CarsonOller

Carson Oller is a senior at Spring Hill High School. He has been here his entire life. Carson's favorite memory is playing football in 5th and 6th grade. His goals for this year is to pass all his classes and to graduate. Carson works at Wal-Mart and likes to drive fast in his car. He is going to college at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is going into the Infantry (National Guard) while working on his business degree. Carson's advice for the underclassmen is to do your work.

CorbinOvert on

Corbin Overton has attended Spring Hill since the sixth grade, after moving from Prescott because he thought Spring Hill would be better. After Corbin graduates, he plans on going straight into the workforce. He is unsure on where he wants to work as of right now. Corbin’s main goal this year is just to graduate. “Just do your school work. It makes it a lot easier on you in the long run.” was Corbin’s advice for underclassmen. Outside of school he has a job and plays baseball. His favorite memory at Spring Hill was when he got to high school and was able to get sweet tea at lunch.

Jakob Perry will be attending SAU in Magnolia after high school. Jakob’s goals for this year are to graduate high school and prepare himself for college. He is unsure about his future occupation. Friends and the amazing staff is what he will miss most of all at SpringHill. Jakob’s advise for the underclassmen is “No matter how you feel about high school just try your best because your decisions now will impact your future.” He has attended SpringHill for 3 and 1⁄2 years. Jakob is a part of the basketball team and has a part time job at Dos Locos Gringos. His favorite memory was when he filled Mr.Smeads office with balloons.

Cooper has almost wrapped his senior year here at Spring Hill. He has attended Spring Hill since Kindergarten. He plans to attend Eastern Oklahoma State in the Fall and aspires to own a pet grooming and boarding business. He spends his free time exhibiting cattle across the country as well as judging livestock for Spring Hill FFA and Nevada County 4-H. He also own a show cattle business that offers clipping and fitting services. Cooper will miss all his friends from school. His goal for this year is to enjoy his senior year. One of his favorite memories here at Spring Hill is when Coach Smith hit his bench PR of 750lbs. His advice for underclassmen is to come to school and do the work.

Hope, Arkansas’ Watermelon Festival has been going on since 1926 and has been continuous since 1977, and this year is the 48th Annual Watermelon Festival! The festival starts and ends on April 8-10, with the festival parade starting on April 5th. The Hope Watermelon festival has many activities like arts & crafts, food, entertainment and family activities Head on over to Hope, Fair Park (101 W 2nd St, Hope, AR 71801) and have yourself some delicious watermelon!

A heartwarming movie that came out in the year 2023

Delivering a very good message about God and miracles Ricky Hill and his family endure many hardships and obstacles to overcome in life. When Ricky attempts to overcome the impossible and try to make it into the major leagues in baseball, he has to go through the biggest obstacle of his life
