I would like to place on record our thanks to all our Clubs and Leagues for their support and co-operation throughout the season. Finally, may I take this opportunity to thank the staff for all their hard work and dedication in running the competitions and organising the finals.
Best wishes to both teams and regardless of the outcome this is a fantastic celebration of football and a fitting end to the 23-24 competition.
Dave Simpson ChairmanWhen a match has resulted in a draw after the playing of 90 minutes, the winner shall be decided by the taking of penalty kicks in accordance with the procedure adopted by the International Football Association Board (IFAB).
Not everyone has the same opportunities when it comes to developing life skills that can help secure a job, or support career growth. England Football Learning and Chase, as the Official Banking Partner of England Football Learning, want to help change that, by harnessing the power of football to help individuals develop transferable skills that can unlock their potential, on the pitch and beyond.
Chase fully funded places have been created to provide funding opportunities for coaches who would benefit from financial support towards completing either the Introduction to Coaching Football, UEFA B Licence or UEFA A Licence.
The programme is aligned to our wider goal of helping to increase participation within the game, as well as Chase’s ongoing investment in community-based programmes. By fostering diversity and inclusion within our coaching workforce we aim to:
Increase participation: Inspiring individuals from all backgrounds

Shrewsbury Town FC Women's Team has steadily grown in prominence since 2016, where it began as 'Shrewsbury Town in the Community' (now known as Shrewsbury Town Foundation, the charitable arm of the club). The women's team has built up strong credentials, achieving an invincible promotion season in the West Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Division 1 North in 2021/22, followed by a silverware double in 2022/23, winning both the League cup and Tom Farmer County cup. In Spring/Summer 2023, with encouraging support from the club, Shrewsbury Town Women FC set up independently from Shrewsbury Town FC and Shrewsbury Town Foundation. Three directors have voluntarily ran STWFC (Leanne Rimmer, Brogan Cook and Chloe Hudson-Jones), driven by passion and commitment to inspire young players, develop local talent, and promote and further women's football in the community and Shropshire.
