SHROPSHIRE FA

Following a meeting of the Board of Trustees it has been agreed that Andy Weston will take on the role of Acting CEO for the next 6 months. This decision has been made to ensure some short term sustainability for the organisation and the staff following the passing of Mick Murphy. We hope this decision enables our members to receive a continued high level of support and excellent customer service during this time.
To support grassroots volunteers to meet the new requirement, we’re giving you a 50% discount code that will be valid through May, June & July.

Shropshire FA would like to clarify the regulations surrounding playing football outside of the regular season.

CUMULATIVE OFFENCES BY CLUBS
AGGRAVATED BREACHES AND CERTAIN OFFENCES AGAINST MATCH OFFICIALS
This landmark development has been approved by the Football Regulatory Authority and ratified by the FA Council, and it is part of our commitment to tackle and address incidents of unacceptable behaviour in the game. The tougher sanctions follow consistent feedback from across grassroots football that player behaviour is a significant issue, and will specifically target offending teams where its participants commit serious misconduct, making clear to clubs that this kind of behaviour will not be tolerated
