This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of grassroots football by providing independent advice, constructive challenge and strategic insight that helps ensure football in Shropshire is welcoming, inclusive and accessible to everyone.
About the Inclusion Advisory Group The Inclusion Advisory Group plays an important role in supporting Shropshire FA to deliver its commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. Working alongside the Board of Directors and Executive Team, the Group helps shape strategic direction by providing advice, recommendations and community insight to ensure our policies, programmes and services reflect the needs of the diverse communities we serve. The Group also supports the delivery of the Shropshire FA Strategy and Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP), helping to create a safe, caring and inclusive environment for everyone involved in football.
What You'll Do As a member of the Inclusion Advisory Group you will: •
Provide independent advice and constructive challenge to Shropshire FA.

Help oversee and evaluate inclusion objectives within the Shropshire FA Strategy.

Review information and data to identify opportunities to improve participation and inclusion.
•
Bring knowledge of local communities and emerging issues.
•
Assess the equality impact of new initiatives and strategic decisions.

Promote equality, diversity and inclusion throughout football.
•
Act as an ambassador for Shropshire FA within your community.
•
Support the monitoring of inclusion objectives and key performance indicators.
