The Allscott Heath U16 Girls team began their journey in 2023 under the guidance of manager Ryan Initially supported by Ade and Stuart as assistant coaches, both have since progressed into the roles of team manager and assistant team manager respectively. Carl later joined the coaching team, adding further energy and valuable support to the squad’s continued development.
From the outset, the team demonstrated significant promise, securing the Shropshire Girls Football League U14 Management Shield in their inaugural season. Building on this early success, the 2024–25 season saw the squad step up to compete in the Staffordshire Under 15 Premier Division. Their continued determination and strong team ethic have been reflected in their performances, reaching the semi-finals of the Staffordshire County Cup and earning a place in the final of the Cara Wall U16s Saturday Challenge Cup sponsored by SEAH.
A number of players have also gone on to represent the county, underlining the strength and quality within the squad. The team continues to develop, demonstrating a well-balanced style of play, with a solid defensive unit, an effective midfield, and a clinical attacking line.
Many of the players previously represented Ercall Colts U13 Girls, where they won the Shropshire Management Cup in 2023. That winning mentality has clearly carried forward into their current chapter with Allscott Heath.
