At the heart of the project is the transport hub, which aims to improve connectivity by seamlessly integrating various modes of transit. Together, these elements will create a dynamic and cohesive environment, enhancing economic growth and urban mobility in Sahakarnagar.

The design focuses on creating a dynamic, modern environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.The project features flexible office spaces, vibrant co-working zones, and accessible commercial areas, all integrated with sustainable practices and green design principles. This development aims to enhance productivity, community engagement, and urban vitality, establishing a new benchmark for mixed-use spaces in Mangalore

In february the highest number of daily hours of sunshine is measured in mangalore on an average.
Average sunshine is 10.08 hours in february on a daily basis.
The building is oriented according to the study of the sun path and direction.
The office bloch on top rests on the community and co-working block with a 3 lvl. basement for the office goers.
The project stands as a beaming commercial and co-operate project in the centre Mangalore city.

This project envisions the design of a state-of-the-art Culinary Academy situated adjacent to Bangalore University on Mysore Road, near the Jnana Bharathi area.The academy aims to blend innovative architectural solutions with functional excellence to create an inspiring learning environment for aspiring chefs and culinary professionals. The design focuses on integrating modern amenities with sustainable practices, fostering a dynamic space that supports both educational and practical experiences.The academy will serve as a hub of culinary education, reflecting the rich cultural context of the region while providing cutting-edge facilities that cater to the evolving needs of the culinary arts.

Inspired from the site, allowing the site itself to provide form, keeping the function significant.The site can be accessed by the mainroad on the east.
The unique shape of the site allows division of zones creating a proper transition between spaces.
Large areas requires each zone to have its own parking area.The sites central location around the city is ideal to setup a culinary institute.
The neighbouring context is largely commercial which serves the project in various ways.
Linear internal roads were chosen to have a much more organized and functional space between blocks for easy navigation for users

Located near Nandi Hills main road, our village-style resort design project aims to create a serene retreat that blends traditional charm with modern comfort. Featuring rustic architecture and natural materials, the resort will seamlessly integrate into its lush, hilly surroundings. The design emphasizes sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and traditional water management systems. With cozy cottages and inviting communal spaces, the resort offers a tranquil escape that celebrates the simplicity of village life while providing contemporary amenities for a unique and rejuvenating guest experience
Master Plan
The site is stratigecally located on the foot hills of nandi hills Bengaluru. This addtional feature provides a very scenic view to the users of the resort hotel.
The resort/hotel provides exclusive yet limited accomodation with a banquet hall full fledged dining/restaurant & kitchen.
A private villa zone at the east end of the site with their own gym and spa also adds to the features of the project.
Village style buildings with each block having pitched roof with clay tiles responds to the sur rounding landscape of the site.
