DESCRIPTION:
This project involves the design and construction of a contemporary two-story detached house located in London, Ontario. The house is designed to provide functional and aesthetic living spaces, while meeting all applicable codes and regulations.
Key Features:
Total Area: Approximately 4,385 sq. ft.
Layout: Includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen and living area, a dedicated home office, and a double-car garage.
Exterior Design: Modern facade with a combination of stone cladding and vinyl siding, complemented by large energy-efficient windows.
Interior Design: Spacious interiors with high ceilings, hardwood flooring, and contemporary finishes.
Design Compliance:
The design aligns with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) - 2012 Edition, City of London zoning by-laws, and incorporates features to ensure durability, safety, and occupant comfort.
MY ROLE:
Design and draft according to OBC and city by-laws using revit.
