However, NASEM took neither current patients’ nor medical professionals’ input before completing the study. If these restrictions are passed, millions of women and men will be forced to use the Big Pharma “one size fits all” commercial preparations at a much higher cost. Only a major public response will stop this FDA overreach, so contact your senators and congressmen and the FDA directly now. Also, please submit written testimonials regarding your own compounded hormone experience to “A4PC.org/cbhtandme.” And tell your friends—there’s strength in numbers—make your voices heard.

marketing their products to local doctors. They are making health and safety claims regarding their products which have not been substantiated by any clinical trials. Specifically, this operation offers hormones in oral form, theoretically made safe by their “proprietary process,” however, estrogen and testosterone should not be swallowed, as they are metabolized by the liver which creates dangerous metabolites. If your provider suggests such a change, ask questions. A mail order prescription mill does not offer the level of service you receive when shopping locally or face-to-face counseling when you have questions or issues.
