Suicide The Silent Death Beloved Stars Who Committed Suicide At age 63, Robin Williams shocked the world by hanging himself at his home in Paradise Cay, California. Robin had a long history of depression.

At age 37 Mindy McCready country singer killed herself with a self-inflicted gunshot wound in 2013, having twice attempted suicide in the past. She fired the shot on her front porch, the same place where her former boyfriend and youngest son’s father fatally shot himself a month earlier. McCready’s children were already in foster care at the time of her death.

At age 37 Kurt Cobain Nirvana front man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

He wrote in a suicide note, “Frances and Courtney, I’ll be at your altar. Please keep going Courtney, for Frances for her life will be so much happier without me. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU.” Kurt was a much-loved musician.

At age 63 Tony Scott died from multiple blunt force injuries after jumping off a bridge into the Los Angeles Harbor. Tony directed classic films like Top Gun and True Romance. He left suicide notes but the family did not disclose the contents of them. Speculation that his long time battle with cancer may have been the cause.

At age 29 Lee Thompson Young died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound leaving no note. He was a former Disney star.

At age 37 Dana Plato child star of the television show Different Strokes, Dana Plato fell into drug addiction and committed suicide by taking an overdose of prescription meds in 1999.

At age 40 Chris Beniot WWE wrestler committed suicide by hanging himself after strangling his wife to death and suffocating his 7-year-old son, Daniel.

Bibles were found next to both victims.

The wrestler had suffered brain damage, which is thought to have been one reason for the double murder-suicide.

Saying Goodbye to The Obama’s Can’t no one tell me the last eight years with the Obama’s has not been the best and one of the most productive if not the number one most productive presidency ever. Yes there have been great presidents that served before President Obama, but the way in which Mr. President Obama has served has done the great land we love AMERICA proud. Upon winning his first term President Obama has been met with the most hateful and disgraceful attitudes towards the leader of the free world I have witnessed in this lifetime. All to say I have never once seen, saw, or heard of President Obama losing his cool. In his eight year term he has lead our country with so much dignity and grace. Although noticeably aged his leadership demeanor never changed. It has been said on many occasions that the President has ruined America when in fact he has done just what he campaign slogan said. “Make America great AGIN.” My deepest thanks and admiration to you Mr. President for you wonderful and dutiable served eight years of service the people of America, for breaking barriers and building lasting

Although they are leaving us in much better shape than we were the first day they took office, I am still very saddened to see them leave. The Fastest Girl in TEXAS calls David W. Carter her high school home!!

Photo courtesy Joe Young Photography Sophomore Sha’Carri Richardson of David W. Carter recently won the 2016 Class 4A girls’ state title in the 100-meter race finishing in 11.58 seconds. Richardson’s 100-meter time was the fastest in all classifications this year. Richardson said winning “felt amazing.” having also placed second in the state 200-meter race at the UIL state championship meet. “At first, Richardson said, “At first, I was solely focused on beating my own time from my previous meets, so when I found out I beat all the times from all the classes, I was shocked,”

While visiting her grandmother she noticed several medals on display in a trophy case. From this discovery is where Sha’Carri inspiration to running came. The future star learned those medals belonged to her aunt, Shayaria, who is a former track standout at James Madison High School. Inspired by her aunt she decided to blaze her own trail as a track athlete.

Starting from third grade, participating in amateur track clubs with other kids around the city. Coaches and trainers took notice as she continued to progress not only was she fast but she was consistent as well.

I mean there was press everywhere about what he was accused of. I say again accused of.

Had no real proof of guilt just the word of someone saying he did something. The media just took off with it and started to ruin this man’s life and legacy and maybe his marriage to a black woman no less. After all his firm contesting that he was innocent when the day finally came and he was proved to be innocent there was little to no press about that. If you were not watching you would have missed it. That’s how little attention the media gave the fact that he was proven innocent of what he was accused of.

I had the opportunity interview one of Dallas,TX “SOLID” artist. Here is my sit down with Kayman Mitchell. Just a few things that was on his mind and how he feels and perceives the music industry as it is today.

My first question to you Mr. “Koncrete Slab” as an artist in this day and age how do you feel about the music being played on the radio?

Kayman: In my opinion the music is less story telling but more colorful...less REALISTIC artist more CHARACTERS. ToyaB: As you listen to the music getting play, who do you feel is killing the game rite now in the music industry?

Kayman: In Dallas...A gang of niggas.

ToyaB: Through you music and what you offer. How do you feel you make the music industry better?

A: I just stick to the script. Don’t have to use metaphors to paint a very solid picture...! I feel I bring a since of BIG brother outlook to the game..OG perspective.

ToyaB: In your opinion past or present. What is the best colab song you have ever heard.

Kayman: ANYTHING WITH UGK....Solid!!!!

ToyaB: If you could pick four artist to do a colab with. Who would be your top four?

Kayman: Levi Carter, C. Struggs, Anonymous, and Mia Elaine.

ToyaB: I know there is a whole lot to being a “SOLID” guy as you are, as Far as the music what is the most important thing you want your fans to know about you?

Kayman: I do this for my fans. Stay Down...But Don’t be a fool. Stay solid to everything you got going. BEND BUT DON’T BREAK!! Stay humble at all times. Address all problems with thinking first.
