Dear Whitetail Club Members,

Don’t forget to RSVP for this year’s winter holiday events! Plan to attend our Ugly Sweater-themed Member Mixer, scheduled for Saturday, December 17. This event has unofficially become the kick-off of our Whitetail Club holiday season. We’ll be hosting appetizers, there will be live music, and the bar will be available. As determined by your peers, there will be awards for the ugliest sweaters present that evening. So bring your best! As we know, ugly sweaters look better when we wear them together!

We’ll be decorating gingerbread houses on Thursday, December 22, and plan to gather the entire family and head to The Fish & Swim Club for our Rally at the Rink on Friday, December 30. The food truck will be serving tasty treats, the bar will be stocked, and the bonfire will be ablaze — a great way to spend a winter afternoon.

We’re going Disco Chic for this year’s New Years’ Eve celebration. Think Bee Gees, Saturday Night Fever, and Studio 54. The disco ball will be hung, and the dance floor will be lit. There is still space available. Contact the concierge to reserve your seat today! We look forward to hustling in the new year with you!

A reminder of our holiday restaurant hours of operation. Both the Whitetail Burger Co. & Coffee Bar (located at The Fish & Swim Club) and the clubhouse restaurant will be open seven days a week (except for Christmas Day) from December 17 - January 1. The WBC coffee bar will open at 8am, and lunch & dinner service from 11am – 9pm. The clubhouse will be open from 8am-9pm, serving all meals. If you were looking forward to spending Christmas Eve at the Club, we strongly encourage confirming your reservations early. You can do so by contacting the restaurant directly or by reaching out to the concierge team.

As communicated via eblast this past week, Eugene Bonfilio resigned as the lead of our front of house golf operation, a position he has held for the better part of a decade. We wish him well on this next chapter and sincerely thank him for all his efforts these last ten years. We are actively reviewing candidates to replace this vital position and we will keep the membership updated as progress is made. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to either Tom or myself with any questions or thoughts.

WINTER SPIRIT SERIES

McCall Winter Carnival

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the resignation of Eugene Bonfilio, who, for the better part of a decade, has led our front-of-house golf operation.

We wish him well with his future endeavors and thank him for all his efforts.

A MESSAGE FROM WHITETAIL CLUB

WHITETAIL CLUB HAS CONSISTENTLY CHARTED A COURSE FOR EXCELLENCE, AND 2022 WAS NO EXCEPTION.

To further expand, we checked in with Mike Parker, Director of Real Estate Sales, for a glimpse into the latest happenings and what’s to come in 2023!

“Overall, 2022 was a good year filled with multiple sales, welcoming new homeowners, and working with prospective buyers to find their next mountain-modern home,” said Parker. “We’re thankful to the Whitetail Club community, who have continuously referred us to their friends and families. Their trust and recommendation are the ultimate compliments. It speaks to their level of satisfaction with our services, amenities, and properties.”

On what’s to come for the new year? Parker notes that construction is currently under development for The Fairways collection, particularly the Pencross model. These coveted townhomes will be tentatively slated for completion by June 2023. Four homes built for sale with panoramic views of Payette Lake will be substantially developed as well.
