A LOOK BACK

Dear Whitetail Club Members,

Cheers to another fantastic summer at Whitetail Club! As we reflect on all the fun over the past two months, we thought it was fitting to dedicate this issue to looking back at the many memories we made together. Be sure to also check out the Member Portal for our recap films and photo albums.

We will complete some necessary maintenance work this fall and resurface The Fish & Swim Club pool and hot tub. This is scheduled to begin on September 5, directly after the Labor Day holiday weekend, and will require us to close these amenities earlier than normal. The pool will remain closed until next spring. We will communicate with the membership when the hot tub is open and available for member use. In the interim, a reminder that the clubhouse hot tubs and the Shore Lodge pool and hot tub are available for your use and enjoyment.

This month, we will also be continuing with our ongoing marina improvements. After the three-day holiday weekend, and based on how water levels fluctuate, this could affect any day-use moorage opportunity at the clubhouse dock. Improvements are scheduled for the west dock and the main section of the marina. Should you have a boat moored in either of these areas and there is the need to relocate it to allow for these improvements to begin, we’ll absolutely be in touch with you. Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we complete these essential upgrades.

We continue to stay busy in the membership department, welcoming three new families to Whitetail Club this past month. It’s thrilling to see our community continue to grow!

As mentioned in our weekly emails, though there is still lots of warm weather to enjoy, we have begun to transition into our fall hours of operation. This includes our Concierge desk going from 7 days a week coverage to 5 days a week (Wednesday–Sunday). Please pay attention to our regularly scheduled communications for updates, and should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

End-of-summer sales are in full effect. Stop by The Golf Shop, The Mercantile, or The Boathouse (open through Labor Day) to stock up on these last-minute steals.

Girls Just Want to Have Fun

Yee-haw! This year’s Ladies Member Guest brought the Wild Wild West to Whitetail Club for three days of golf, parties, and, of course, the team’s outfits. Ladies, you outdid yourself! And it wouldn’t be summer without Caddies & Cocktails, a member favorite.

In July, we brought Hawaii to Idaho with our first-ever Luau. The Polynesian dancers, live music, and authentic Hawaiian cuisine were a hit!

Dear Whitetail Club Members,

The weather in McCall during September might be the best in the world. The mornings are crisp, and the colors are changing. The golf course is at its peak condition, and getting in as much golf as possible is a priority. We look forward to enjoying the last weeks of summer as it segues into fall.
