Director’s Note Dear Whitetail Club Members, Located at the Boathouse and open weekends, Thanksgiving through Christmas, new this holiday season, we’ll offer a winter retail opportunity including his & hers logo’d winterwear, gifts & home décor. Perfect if you’re looking to treat yourself or trying to get a little holiday shopping in. Keep a look out for future communications for hours of operation. As featured in October’s Trailblazer, a reminder that beginning this month, you’ll now be able to reserve a golf simulator via the app. A few items to note: • Reservations are required, and same-day reservations can be made by contacting the Club Concierge or Member Services teams. • The first available session will be 10am and the last 4pm, unless arranged in advance. • A member must accompany all guests. • The minimum session time is 1 hour, and the maximum is 4 hours. For all other details, please refer to the Club portal or contact the Club Concierge team for assistance. The Cove at Shore Lodge has begun taking online spa appointments as well. Though it can be convenient, there are some limitations to the platform’s ability to apply certain member benefits. Please refer to the main editorial of this issue of the Trailblazer for a few specifics to ensure this option is utilized to the best of its capabilities. When in doubt, you can always contact the spa directly or reach out to the Club Concierge for assistance. In addition, you’ll now be able to register to attend most events via the app as well. In this issue, we’ve included a detailed overview of how you’ll be able to decipher what events this will be an option for and, in turn, what the process is to confirm your participation. We’ll be opening this up as an option for a majority of our remaining 2023 events. We anticipate loading 2024 events to the portal before the end of the year. We welcomed two new families to the Club this past month—a sincere thank you to Bryan & Susan Norby and Travis & Kimberly Perry for choosing Whitetail Club. It’s hard to grasp that though we just closed the course down a little over two weeks ago, we’re in full gear, preparing for the colder temperatures and our winter amenities. In last month’s Trailblazer, we introduced the feature to book online for time in The Studio to use the golf simulator. This month, we launch the start of making reservations for all member events and introduce The Cove’s online booking feature.

As much as we love the analog life, we also value the convenience of accessing information and making reservations digitally. In fact, our dining reservations and court reservations are the most 5.

/// Starting now, register for events using the Whitetail Club Member Portal app. Learn how by reading this step-by-step guide.

Be sure that the box ‘Add to Registration?’ is checked off before clicking Add. Once you’ve added all your guests, click on Registration in the top left corner. Review the registration details, answer any questions (if any), and add comments if needed, click Save Registration, and you’re all set.

To register for an event using the Whitetail Club Member Portal app, log in using your username and password. Once logged in, click the View button on the event flyer of the event you’d like to rsvp for.

Note: All information added will be sent in the confirmation email sent to your guests. To edit your registration: Click ‘Upcoming Reservations,’ then ‘View,’ to see the Event Reservation Details page outlining the date, time, event, and attendees for that event. Scroll to the bottom and click the Edit button and then on the View Registration button to make your changes. To remove an attendee who can no longer attend, please click the ‘X’ to the left of their name to remove them from the registration. If you’d like to add any additional guests (as long as you haven’t exceeded the party size limitations), please follow the steps outlined above. Once you’ve completed any changes you need to make, please review your registration details and click Save Registration at the bottom. If you cannot attend the event, please click Cancel Reservation at the bottom of the Registration Window to ensure space is freed up for any members who may be on our waitlist.

Note: Only select events will be available for online registration. If the View option is not shown, contact the Club Concierge to rsvp. Once directed to View Flyer, Register Now, and Sync To Calendar. Click on Register Now. At the top, you’ll see the date, time, and name of the event you’re registering for. Underneath that information, you’ll see a drop-down menu where you can select your party size. Note: some events will have a maximum party size. Select your party size and indicate who’s coming by using +spouse | +child. Note: When registering more than one child, click ‘+child’ for each.

And with that, you’re all set to register for the next exclusive Whitetail Club event. If you have questions about how to rsvp for an event using the Whitetail Club Member Portal app, please contact the Club Concierge at 208.630.0245.

To register a guest, select Tap to Add Attendee and search the Member Directory by last name or click ‘Guests’ to add a non-member and input your guest’s first and last name, phone number, and email. Note: Adding guest information is required and will notify your guest of the event details and their confirmed registration.
