Dear Whitetail Club Members, The holiday season is upon us, and soon, we’ll be ringing in a brand new year.

But before we say goodbye to 2023, here’s a reminder that December is stocked full of events that the whole family can enjoy, but space can be limited. Please get in touch with the Club Concierge today to confirm your reservations.

And, on events that the whole family will love, the 2024 Club calendar is locked in and loaded to the member portal for your review. In addition, you’ll be receiving a printed version in the mail in the coming weeks.

With over 50 events planned, we’ve taken the opportunity to feature, in this issue of the Trailblazer, a few of our favorites… and we couldn’t be more excited! As in years past, all your favorites are there but sprinkled in with a few new adventures for you and your family to enjoy. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.

The clubhouse restaurant & bar will be open Thursday – Sunday through December 17, at which point it will go seven days a week through the remainder of the month. The Whitetail Burger Co. & Coffee Bar will be open for business daily starting at 8 am on Saturday, December 16.

Though temperatures clearly communicate that winter is on its way, we have yet to see much accumulation… but the forecast tells us that snow is on its way. Stay tuned to our regularly scheduled club communications for updates on when our winter amenities will be open for the season.

A reminder of an exciting new offering for the membership this season: our Winter Retail Pop-Up, staged out of the Boathouse, will be open (10am – 5pm) Saturday, December 2, 9, 16, 23, and Sunday, December 24 —a perfect opportunity to pick up a last-minute gift, or something special for yourself.

Continuing to see momentum in the membership department, we welcomed two new families to the Club this past month. Thank you to Anthony & Katie Adinolfi and Duane & Susan Morris for choosing Whitetail Club.
