The weather forecast for McCall over the next couple of weeks looks to be absolutely perfect, mid 80’s. Warm days & cool mountain air nights. Though the weather seems optimal, a reminder that hours of operation have begun to transition. Please refer to our weekly eblasts or monthly newsletters for this information. For restaurant hours of operation, open up the app, click on Dining Reservations, select the restaurant of choice, and scroll to find their respective hours. Specifically, I would like to highlight that the Club Concierge desk has moved to fall hours. The desk will be staffed Wednesday through Sunday, 10am–6pm. If you are looking for assistance Monday or Tuesday, please send an email or leave a VM, and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.

Director’s Note Dear Whitetail

On the subject of club communications, a reminder that any closures of a facility or amenity, or anything that may affect your time at Whitetail Club, we do our best to include these in our weekly eblasts and monthly newsletters. My PSA regarding the weekly eblasts, please don’t unsubscribe from these. These regularly scheduled communications are your best resources to ensure that your experience while at Whitetail Club is as smooth as possible. As mentioned in previous eblasts, it looks as though a large percentage of our pool & beach towels have disappeared. If one (or more) have found their way to your home, please reach out to the Club Concierge or a Member Services team member, we’ll be happy to stop by and pick them up, or they can be dropped at any club facility. We appreciate your support. You will see some new signage as you enter the lakefront clubhouse from the water or beach, reminding our members and their guests that coverups &/or shirts are required when on the patio and in the clubhouse. This includes ordering drinks from the bar or when using the restrooms. A reminder that The Boathouse locker rooms are fully amenitized and available year-round. Cover-ups or shirts are not required. If you haven’t picked up your Narnia Door FOBs, the next time you’re at the clubhouse, stop by the concierge desk to do so. They’ll be available there through September, which at that point, they’ll be available for pick up via our Safety & Security team. We welcomed two new members to the Whitetail Club family this past month, Ken & Malinka Jackson and Brian & Blair Moses; thank you for choosing Whitetail Club. Club Members, Jocelyn Kidd, CCM
