ABOUT CAMP SHARLIE
Adventures and excursions are the core of our day camp! As we guide our campers through the exhilarating environment surrounding McCall, they learn new skills, make new friends and connect with nature. Counselors and campers head out to explore places like Josephine Lake, Goldfork, Upper North Fork, Crystal Mountain and Burgdorf Hot Springs along with other super-cool destinations right here in our backyard. Make it an epic summer with new activities, including outdoor rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding, horseback riding, guided frog catching, nature hikes and plenty of art projects. Jump for joy! Choose your age-appropriate adventures by the day, week, or the whole month! Open to Whitetail Club members and Shore Lodge guests, ages 4 – 13.

REMINDERS Bring a backpack stuffed with summer-friendly goodies like flip flops (for the pool), a hat, reusable water bottle, sunscreen (spray preferred), swimsuit, towel and extra snacks (optional). Please leave your game players, cell phones and expensive technology at home. We don’t want these items to get lost or damaged while we explore the rugged outdoors. Camp counselors are not responsible for them; they’ll be too busy protecting and providing for the campers.

WHAT’S INCLUDED... The fee includes a Camp Sharlie T-Shirt to wear at camp and at home as a memory of the summer’s sensational experiences. A hearty and healthy boxed lunch, afternoon snack and beverages are provided every day. Register Your Camper: Shore Lodge guests and Whitetail Club members can sign up at the hotel’s Front Desk or by calling the Concierge at 208.630.0274. Camp Sharlie requires an updated registration and health form at least one day prior to participation.
DETAILS THE FINE PRINT COUNSELORS & STAFF Our energetic crew of certified counselors encourages campers to have fun while maintaining a safe environment. Our team is made up of teachers, educators, coaches and college students, who are majoring in education or related fields. All are certified in Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED and Pediatric First Aid by the American Heart Association. They have also passed federal, state and local background checks.
CANCELLATIONS Due to space limitations, refunds will not be provided for absences, date changes, withdrawals, or dismissal for cause 24 hours prior to your registered start date. This includes any pricing packages. If a parent fails to cancel within 24 hours of camp, they will be charged for the value of the entire reservation, not only one day of the reservation.
HOW TO FIND CAMP SHARLIE Camp Sharlie’s Base Camp is located behind the Whitetail Club Real Estate office, across the street from Shore Lodge.
CAMPERS’ PLAYGROUND Camp activities take place on property at Base Camp, Whitetail Club Golf Course, Shore Lodge Marina/ Beachfront and Manchester Ice and Event Center in downtown McCall.
