Frequently Asked Questions What’s it like to build at Whitetail Club?

Building a home is a challenging endeavor. But here at Whitetail Club, we try to make that process as easy as possible. That is why we’ve already dealt with the county government approval process, which allows you to build accessory dwelling units (up to 3,000 sq. ft.) and accessory buildings, like toy barns (up to 7,500 sq. ft.). Support like this enables you to focus on building the best home possible, not the red tape.

How large are the homesites?

Legacy Ranch homesites range in size from five to twenty-one acres.

In addition to my primary home, what else can I build on my property?

The larger lots within Legacy Ranch will allow for buildable features including individual estate entry gates, perimeter fencing, entitlements for multiple structures, including guest homes, toy barns, and sport courts.

Can I have horses on my property?

Unfortunately, Legacy Ranch is not zoned for any type of equestrian or agricultural uses.
