Denver Lions Student Of The Month

The Denver Lions Club has announced Claire Chisholm of Denver as their Student of the Month for November, 2022. Claire is the daughter of Rory and Debbie Chisholm.

Beyond her studies at Cocalico High School, Claire is active in marching band, choir, chamber band, symphonic band, and chamber choir. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, and participates in quiz bowl, and mock trial. Clair was a conferee to the Rotary Youth Leadership Conference in 2022.

Claire attends services at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church, in Ephrata, and studies Irish Dancing with the Hooley School of Irish Dance. Future plans include attending a university in Canada, and a degree in

Dr. Seuss Read Aloud And Craft Program

The Lititz Public Library and Special Guest Readers from the Warwick High School Musical will be presenting a Dr. Seuss Read Aloud and Craft Program at the library on Thursday, March 2 at 4:00 p.m.

Boy Scouts Hold Benefit Purse Bingo

The Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of Pack and Troop 60 (Reamstown) will hold a Benefit Coach Purse Bingo on Sunday, April 16 at Benchmark Construction, 101 Zooks Mill Road, Ephrata. The doors open at 12:00 noon. Bingo starts at 1:00 p.m. There is a cost for tickets. Refreshments will be available. The event is hosted by the parents of Pack 60 and Troop 60.

Pavlek Named To Dean’s List

The Ephrata Public Library, located at 550 South Reading Road, Ephrata, has announced their programs for February. Programs are open to the public and free of charge.
