Orders that contain freight as well as additional S/H charges due to oversize restrictions and non-freight items must include the flat rate shipping fee per item and the S/H fee based on the total dollar amount of those non-freight items. All orders may be subject to a fuel surcharge.

Truck freight orders require a delivery appointment and we require a valid daytime phone number in order to complete delivery. Truck drivers are not required to give assistance unloading. Please be prepared for this “curbside” delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and placing them in your shop. This normally takes a couple of “friends.” Your location must be tractor-trailer accessible. Some carriers reserve the right to charge a limited access delivery fee, which will be added to your invoice if applicable. If you need assistance unloading or moving your shipment into your shop or home, special delivery options are available for an extra cost. We offer liftgate service for a discounted rate on most machines.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.: Orders will be quoted at current rates. Items will be shipped via the most cost-effective service. Special handling costs, additional shipping fees and applicable brokerage fees may be added to your order.

BACKORDERS: If not specified, out of stock items will automatically be placed on backorder and shipped immediately when available. Credit cards will not be charged until item(s) are shipped.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: When you receive your shipment from the trucking company, it is extremely important to inspect and note any damage that might be suspect. If you notice holes, dents, tears, etc. you must open and inpsect the contents to ensure the product is not damaged. Notate all damage on the form or tablet used to sign for delivery. These notations will allow us to make a claim for shipping damage on your behalf. Failure to do so makes it extremely difficult to make a claim.
