BASICS FOR APPLYING DURASAVERS...
• Separate Plasti-Kleer DuraSaver into two pieces by gently pulling apart at the pre-scored seam.
• Insert front cover of your book into the pocket on the larger piece. • Insert the back cover into the pocket on the smaller piece.
• Lay book face down and align top and bottom edges. • Remove the release liner from the adhesive strip and press.
• Burnish the seam using a bone folder.

Apply the rigid sheet without flap to back cover; make sure it comes no closer than 1/2" to the spine.
Take second sheet and peel liner off flap. Lay sheet on front cover, wrapping flap around spine. Peel off remaining liner and adhere to cover.
Trace book height and width (less 1/2") onto rigid laminate. Trace book height onto flexible spine laminate.
Remove the liner and apply the first rigid sheet with spine flap to the book cover, make sure to align it carefully, remove spine liner, and wrap spine section over for secure fit.
Peel away the liner from the second sheet and carefully apply to the rest of the cover. Kapco recommends waiting 24 hours before circulating newly covered books.

Fold excess around cover ends. Trim along top and bottom edges of book. Use squeegee to remove trapped air bubbles.
