connoisseur for Grape Beginnings, a Minnesota-based wine distributor. He enjoys his interaction with wine reps and gets a kick out of working with customers. He says, “Know your product, get used to hearing no for an answer...and don’t take it personally!” Carole Garrigos began her culinary career at the local old favorite, Cocolezzone, where she fell in love with the food industry. From there, she has built a reputation in the catering, hospitality and entertainment industries where her passion for food stands above all.

Jon Olson, Tradition Wine & Spirit “It’s not the years, it’s the mileage!” Jon began his career tending bar at local hot spots. It wasn’t until he joined Tradition Wine & Spirits that he realized he had a strong passion for wine in addition to his passions for food and spirits.
