I ♥ Green Tea Teaology Tidbits

In one of their health publications, Harvard Medical School reported that ‘lowering your risk of cardiovascular disease may be as easy as drinking green tea’ (Harvard Health Letter, December 2012).

Until recently, much of the research done on this subject has focused on black tea. But Japanese researchers have found that people who drink 5 or more cups of green tea a day have a 26% lower chance of suffering from a heart attack than those who drink less than one cup a day.

Green tea improves cardiovascular health in five main ways: • Expands heart arteries and improves blood flow • Reduces risk of heart attack • Reverses organ damage from heart attack or stroke • Keeps arteries clear by preventing build-up of harmful plaque • Reduces LDL cholesterol and triglycerides levels Green tea is able to do all these wondrous things because the flavonoids help prevent inflammation in body tissue, which means your blood vessels stay flexible and relaxed and can react more efficiently to changes in blood pressure.

Studies show that green tea acts fast in fighting against cardiovascular diseases. But the best news is that its’ effect is cumulative – so the more the merrier.

Non-kosher locations will be separately owned and called “Famous Laffa” and kosher locations will be called “Famous Laffa Kosher” as is done with other similar franchises (i.e.

“Subway” and “Kosher Subway”). This protects the information in your devices, accounts and filters from access by unauthorized people. However, many people overlook this matter and just fill it like any other detail on the form. Here is a list of some of the most common and worst password 

The six characters: Most programs require you to put in more than six characters.

To satisfy this, people often use “qwerty” or even “123456”. These are the worst passwords you could work with since they are very easy to guess.



The word itself: Another bad idea for a password is the word itself; “password”.



Many people feel ingenious when they use this password.. Even the reverse version “”drowssap” is not that safe.

Your name and/or birthday: Never ever, try to use your name, initials, birthday or combinations in whatever order. Also avoid those of other family members.

These are often the first guesses of those trying to get around filters



Modifications: his may seem ingenious but it really is not. Writing “$him$hon” instead of Shimshon is not a very good idea. If you thought of it, why wouldn’t they?
