The big problem with these attempted solutions is they DON'T address the core problem... so how could they ever fix it! If you are like many couples, you are "emotionally disconnected." And this is the "core" problem that has been undermining your relationship for many months and perhaps even years. The three-step cure for being "emotionally disconnected" 1. Questions. Ask your partner personal questions about his or her life. Get to know what he or she likes and dislikes. Understand what life is like for the person you married. Let your partner take you on an emotional journey to wherever he or she wants. Hold back from giving advice or expressing any kind of judgment. 2. Prove you are listening. Summarize what you heard your partner say in a few simple words. Don't change any of the meanings behind your partner's words. 3. Validate feelings. As you listen to your partner, try to get a sense of what he or she is feeling. Then tell him or her that you imagine he or she feels... (tell your partner what you think the "feeling" is - happy, sad, frightened, nervous, etc.).

The above skills create emotional intimacy. When this is in place, you and your partner will feel "connected" with each other. This opens the gates wide for the beautiful emotions that can be shared between two human beings: love, understanding, care, respect, trust, and more.

BEEF SHANK This cut comes from the front legs. It is commonly substituted with veal shanks to prepare the classic osso bucco recipe. The center marrow provides intense, rich flavors to the pot, which is why this is a common choice for cholent. It is key to ensure it is cooked long enough to become fork tender yet also to avoid over cooking that it falls apart into a stew. Hartman’s sells these in inch thick sliced medallions with the marrow in its center.

4 Packages Beef Shanks (4pcs) 4 tbsp Flour 3 tbsp Canola oil 4 Medium shallots quartered 2 Stalks celery cut into 1 inch pieces 2 Carrots peeled and cut into rough cubes 1 cup Dry red wine 4 cups Beef stock 1 small Can cubed tomatoes Kosher salt & pepper to taste
Season your shanks with salt and pepper, dredge into the flour and pat off excess. Heat oil in braising pot and add dusted shanks. Sear both sides for approximately 2 minutes each side. This will help the marrow stay inside the bone during cooking to allow guests to scrape out the goodness and spread on their bread. Add the wine, stock, tomatoes and vegetables ensuring all the meat is submerged in liquid. Add more beef stock if necessary. Bring to boil on stove top and cover. Reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes. If they are much thicker pieces of meat, add another 15 minutes until your fork can just pull the meat off the bone. Using a slotted spoon, remove shanks from pot and served on bed of mashed potatoes with the carrots, celery and shallots served aside.

Lock your Wireless Network Tips on how to lock it down
tagtoronto@gmail.com | 647-293-1913 Wireless Networking 101 If you operate a wireless network for your home or business, it's important to protect it against opportunistic hackers seeking to hijack your Wi-Fi for their own purposes (or worse). To get started, you'll need to log in to your router's administrative console by typing the router's IP address into your Web browser's address bar. Most routers use 192.168.1.1, but alternatives like 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.2.1 are also common. Check the manual to retrieve. STEP 1: Change Your Passwords The first step in securing your network is simple: Change your passwords! Default router passwords like "admin" are simple to remember, but that means they're equally simple for a hacker to guess. Combine numbers and letters into a complex and unique string to create a strong password. STEP 2: Change Your SSID Every wireless network has a name, known as a Service Set ID (or SSID). The simple act of changing that name discourages serial hackers from targeting you, because wireless networks with default names like "linksys" are likelier to lack custom passwords or encryption, and thus tend to attract opportunistic hackers. STEP 3: Enable Encryption WPA2 encryption offers better security than WEP and WPA. In order of best to worst, here is how encryptions rank: 1. WPA2 + AES 2. WPA + AES 3. WPA + TKIP/AES 4. WPA + TKIP 5. WEP If offered multiple WPA2 options, pick WPA2 Personal encryption. STEP 4: Enable MAC Filtering You can limit your network to only accept specific devices by turning on MAC filtering. STEP 5: Block WAN Requests Finally, enable the Block WAN Requests option, to conceal your network from other Internet users. The â&#x20AC;&#x2DC;WAN' is basically the Internet at large, and you want to block random people out there from initiating a conversation with your router. (PCWORLD)
