City is one of the ancient cities with complete historical pattern and great historical significance in Jiangxi Province. The district contains a large number of heritage and historic buildings, but for various reasons, the life atmosphere and commercial vitality here have gradually declined. However, it is necessary to consider many current problems in the construction of new buildings in historical districts. Therefore, the author studies and analyzes contextualism, and finds that the principle of contextualism cannot be completely applied in this district, but a variety of actual conditions in the district should be integrated to formulate a plan. The author calls this architectural principle "broad-contextualism", aiming to work out a reasonable plan for museum construction.

Through the field study, the research of the situation in the district, it is found that most of the buildings on the block have maintained a good historical appearance. Most of the public buildings like ancestral temples are well preserved, while some of the folk houses are damaged or collapsed due to lack of repair. Some of the buildings built between the 1980s and 1990s are brick and concrete structures with flat roofs, which are higher than traditional buildings with brick and wood structures.There are many historical streets and alleys in the block, and most of the streets are paved with green slate.

The severely damaged ancient buildings should be reconstructed to their original appearance as far as possible. The ancient county hall will be rebuilt on its original site to form a larger county tourist attraction with the nearby park. At the same time, in order to develop rural tourism and coordinate with the overall planning of the historical and cultural blocks, a number of public service facilities, such as public toilets, trash cans and public rest booths, will be planned and designed in the district. Under the principle of maintaining the style of traditional streets and alleys as much as possible, the traditional streets and alleys were replanned, for example, the dirt roads were trimmed into flagstones and weeds were removed from the roads. In some areas where the features are severely damaged and difficult to repair, some small cafes, tea rooms and small parks will be built, which can become places for tourists to rest and consume , also improve the commercial income of the tourism business. The new small building will be built by traditional materials such as blue bricks and gray tiles, which are reflected in the abstract architectural language of modern architecture and integrated with the environment. Farahat et al. mentioned the concept of contextual architecture in Toward a New vision to design a museum in Historical Places. He proposed that designing a huge and important building in a historical context is a kind of building that responds to the surrounding environment by respecting what already exists. This theory is applicable to the environmental principle of this project. Based on it, I studied two architectural cases in line with contextualism and explored the design ideas of this project.
Located on the west side of the historical and cultural block, the site is the western end of the block with an area of 21,000 square meters. The site is adjacent to Shengli Road in the north, Corner Lane in the west, Zhizhong Lane in the south, and traditional residential houses in the east, including Pengjia Big House, a provincial cultural relic protection unit. The site is relatively flat with no obvious elevation difference. The interior is mostly weeds and sandy land, with a number of poor quality brick and wood structure or brick and concrete structure buildings, as well as a temporary board house.Most of them are planned to be demolished and of good quality. The two buildings on the west side, which can show the traditional style, remain in the site and need to be combined with the later architectural design.The south side of the venue is the ruins of the city wall, outside the city wall there are large areas of farmland and the tidal flats of Xujiang River.There are many cultural relics units in the complex on the east side of the site, and the relationship between the new buildings and them should be considered in the architectural design. Based on the principle of contextualism, I still choose to create traditional atmosphere with modern language in landscape design. The basic elements of traditional gardens are extracted from the survey of blocks and the study of private gardens in southern China, and become new landscape elements in the architecture through abstract deformation and adding modern language.

Accessible design in this project is mainly aimed at people with mobility disorders, such as the elderly, physically disabled people design barrier-free ramps and lifts. In the whole audience streamline, the wheelchair can be unobstructed movement. In addition, the lecture hall, VIP room, and office area are equipped with perfect accessibility ramps and elevators for disabled guests, staff and visitors to use.

located in the graduate apartment area of Preschool Lake Campus of Nanchang University in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, aiming to provide public activity places and convenient life services for graduate students.A complete volume is folded like origami to create different Spaces, and the folded volume is divided into "inside" and "outside" materials to make the building itself more intuitive sense of folding logic.The recesses and bulges created by the folding of the volume produce semi-open flexible Spaces such as balconies, which also allow for more reasonable lighting of the building.

University in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, in the graduate student apartment district, which is in the middle of the campus. It is adjacent to the main road of the campus - Wusi Avenue in the east, Tianjian playground in the north, several postgraduate apartments in the west, and greenbelt in the south. The site covers an area of 2274 square metres and currently contains a single-storey building slated for demolition. There is no obvious elevation difference inside the site. All around are traffic roads, and the east side is the campus main road with large traffic flow. The new sidewalks should be inside the side.

Based on the research of the functions of the buildings around the site and human activities, we can determine that the main users of the site are students, teachers and other staff. The main functions of the building are living, entertainment and self-study, as students use the building mainly after school. Students are the main users of this area, and their activities are closely related to the time of class. Student activity in this area is concentrated after class, which is noon and after 6 p.m. Therefore, the buildings in this area should mainly meet the functional needs of students in their spare time.
The site is located in the student living area, so the surrounding buildings are student housing. These student apartments are high-rise buildings, so the traffic is busy than other area. There is a large sports area on the north side of the site. In the campus, there are few public buildings with public service functions, scattered in apartment areas and teaching areas. The long distance between the teaching area and living area where the site is located leads to long commuting time for students in this area. The campus buildings are mainly distributed in the north of the Wusi Avenue, while the south is a large area of landscape. In the south of the site is a natural lake and greenbelt, where there is less pedestrian flow and less light at night. There is a large greenbelt in the campus, but the combination of greening and landscape is weak, and the utilization rate of green space is low.
















According to the shape and location of the site, we can preliminarily get that the building should be in the shape of a box.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the building and improve the wind environment and lighting inside the building, I dug out two inner courtyards in the center of the box. Then, the ground floor is raised to make the ground floor a relatively open space, which improves the wind environment and also increases the activity of the space. According to the functional requirements of the building, depressions, bumps and oblique lines are added to the building.

Balcony The building was divided into three functional areas: student activities, commercial services and administrative services. The commercial district was located on the first floor, which is where the commercial value is highest. On the second floor, small activity rooms and offices are used for students' daily activities and are the main functional area of the building. The third floor is mainly occupied by teachers' offices and lecture halls for large-scale events. Inside the building are two evacuation stairs. The rooms in the building are arranged around a semi-open corridor that is the main escape route of the building. Since the activity center was created as a place for after-school activities, I activated the building by enhancing the openness of the space.The elevated ground floor and rich views lead people into the building imperceptibly.

Wind Pressure
The wind environment of a building is an indicator that is highly influenced by the seasons, especially in China. Different wind directions are different in different seasons. In order to reflect the characteristics of the wind field around the project, different calculation domains are defined according to different wind directions. The calculation differentiates the building and its surroundings into small parts through a grid. Grid division determines the accuracy of calculation and affects the speed of calculation. Too dense grid will lead to the decrease of calculation speed and waste of computing resources.If the grids were too sparse, the calculation accuracy will be not enough and the result is not accurate enough. The reasonable grid scheme should be considered different grid schemes for different parts of the calculation domain. According to the data of the analysis chart, there is no area around the building where the wind speed amplification coefficient exceeds the limit, which meets the requirements of green building.

38 · Building Energy Efficiency Index Calculation
According to the architectural design scheme, I established the building model in Sware software to calculate the green building index, including the building wind environment, thermal environment and light environment. Firstly, analyze and calculate the lighting of the target building to obtain the average lighting coefficient of the rooms in the building, so as to evaluate whether the lighting design of the project meets the requirements. Different room functions should meet different lighting needs, according to different parameters, the software get the qualified rate of lighting of each room. Secondly, the field rate is calculated based on the proportion of the hemisphere of the sky that can be seen at a point on the indoor reference plane. By calculating whether the area proportion of the main function room with visual field rate greater than 0 reaches 70%, it is judged whether it has a good visual field.

The outdoor space of the building is mainly composed of a walkway connecting the core with the boxes. These intricate corridors form a varied outdoor space. By making small changes, they can be given various functions, such as gardens, playgrounds, etc.

The core of the center is thicker than an ordinary tall building. It is because the core not only undertakes the common traffic function, the equipment storage function, but also has much flexible space that can produce a variety of uses.
The dormitory was arranged in peripheral rod components
The flight module will fly upwards when needed and park on both sides of the corridor outside the dormitory. The interior of the dormitory accommodates all the functions of a traditional dormitory (sleeping, studying, bathing). The proper distance between the dormitories ensures privacy for the occupants. Each dormitory can accommodate one to two people.
There were little space of lower storeys cut out from the foundation shape, which is suitable for the storage area of flight modules.
For example, in the living storeys, the large space inside the core tube was used as a library, cafe and meeting room. They were similar to the present university student studio, which undertook the function of promoting association and communication.

The internal and external boundaries of the building are blurred. Although people live far away from the ground, they can still get a natural atmosphere from the outdoor environment. Ambiguous outdoor space is used to meet the needs of sports, dating, and communication. Private interior space can meet people's living needs such as eating and sleeping. The public interior space has a coffee shop, library, and other functional spaces that are difficult to adapt to the new modular space. People use elevators to solve the problem of vertical traffic. In the future, perhaps the flight module can transport people as well as transport functions.
