When buyers find you after a search they will contact you in the most convenient way for them, which is usually telephoning you, going to your website, or emailing you directly.

What is a Profile Click-Through?

After a buyer does a search we show search results, a list of 15 suppliers on each page. Then a buyer will choose to look at one (or a number of) these suppliers.

They click on one of these suppliers and so “click-through” to that supplier’s Profile on ShipServ. So another name for this is a Profile View because after every click-through it means a buyer is reading your Premium Profile.
