Age Limit Criteria for CLAT 2023:

As per the age limit criteria for CLAT 2023, candidates who wish to apply for undergraduate law programs should not be more than 20 years of age as on 1st July 2023. However, there is a relaxation of 2 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories.

For postgraduate law programs, candidates should not be more than 22 years of age as on 1st July 2023. There is a relaxation of 2 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories.

Academic Qualification Criteria for CLAT 2023:

Candidates appearing for the CLAT exam must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories).

For postgraduate law programs, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or its equivalent from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories).
